Orders, Payment Processing, and Purchase Terms

Sale of Goods

We are legally obligated to supply goods matching their descriptions on our site. These terms apply to all goods displayed, including those temporarily out of stock. While we strive for accuracy in product information (including descriptions and images), minor discrepancies may occur. If a product does not match its description, we will offer a full refund or replacement. We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, such as an item being out of stock or a payment processing error, informing you immediately and issuing a full refund.  It is your responsibility to ensure the successful receipt of that refund by monitoring your payment account.

When you place an order on our Website, you offer to purchase goods from BØNDEDGE under these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

Bundle Product Selection

For bundle offers requiring customers to select a specific number of products (e.g., "Pick 2"):

• Customers must select only the number of products specified in the bundle offer
• If a customer selects more products than permitted for their chosen bundle, BØNDEDGE reserves the right to fulfill the order by selecting the required number of products from those ticked/selected by the customer
• The selection will be made at BØNDEDGE's discretion from the customer's chosen items
• No refunds, exchanges, or complaints will be accepted regarding which specific products were selected when customers exceed the stated selection limit
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they select the correct number of products as specified in the bundle offer
• By completing the purchase, customers acknowledge and accept this policy

Payment Processing

Payment for goods must be made at the time of order using the available payment methods listed on our Website.

All prices are quoted in the currency of GBP (British Pound sterling) specified at checkout.  Orders within the UK are subject to UK VAT at 20%. VAT is clearly indicated at checkout.

Payment is processed via our secure payment gateways provided by Stripe and PayPal, and their respective terms and conditions will also apply to purchases you may via this site.

You confirm all payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel or reverse transactions suspected of violating applicable laws or these Terms & Conditions. We will notify you if this occurs.

Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

A contract for the sale of goods is formed only when we confirm your order. Until then, orders are non-binding.

In case of pricing or product description errors, we may cancel or correct the order.

Consumer Rights and the Consumer Rights Act 2015

You have a right to a full refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not delivered as agreed, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Due to variations in monitor settings and photographic lighting, the actual colours of the products may differ slightly from those shown on the website.  We strive for accuracy, but we cannot guarantee completely accurate colour representation.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

Hygiene Policy

We do not offer refunds for lingerie, pantyhose and harness items once the packaging seal is broken, due to hygiene concerns. However, we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange if the product arrives damaged.

Despite this policy, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (as amended) remain fully in effect. If your product is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. If you receive a faulty product, contact orders@bondedge.co.uk with details and your order number.

Return Eligibility

Bodystocking, pantyhose and harness items are only eligible for return and refund if they are unworn, in their original packaging seal unbroken, and are demonstrably unused and in full saleable condition. Worn or washed items cannot be returned. If an order has payment confirmation but hasn't been dispatched, you may cancel your order for a full refund. For dispatched orders to be eligible for a refund, the items must be returned unopened within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Pre-Dispatch Cancellations

For orders where you change your mind before the order has been dispatched (as shown on your order tracking details), please contact us immediately via email at returns@bondedge.co.uk or by phone at 07563 738 999. We will not monitor other email addresses for cancellation requests. Cancellations made via alternative communication methods may be missed, resulting in the order being dispatched and the customer being responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return Method

All returns must be processed exclusively through InPost locker services. We do not accept returns via Royal Mail or any other courier service. Returns sent through alternative methods will not be processed and may be refused.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@bondedge.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will assess your return request and, if approved, provide you with a Stripe payment link to collect the return shipping fee. Upon payment confirmation, we will send you a unique InPost return code within 24 hours. You must deposit your return at your nearest InPost locker using this code.

Return Shipping Fee

A flat return shipping fee of £3.49 applies to all returns, regardless of reason. This fee must be paid via the Stripe payment link provided before any return codes are issued. This fee covers processing and collection costs through the InPost network and is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Timeline

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Payment of the return shipping fee must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the payment link. Items must be deposited at an InPost locker within 48 hours of receiving your return code.

Refund Processing

Upon collection and inspection of returned items, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. 

Delivery and shipping

We currently deliver to UK only and we don't currently ship outside UK. We will deliver goods to your provided address within the UK. Delivery times are estimates based on Royal Mail's website and are subject to change.

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours (2 working days, Monday to Friday) of receiving payment.  During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

We currently use Royal Mail for all order shipments.  Customers can select their preferred shipping method at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.  While we make every effort to meet these estimates, we cannot guarantee precise delivery times.  We are not responsible for any delays due to any factors outside of our control.

Please ensure the accuracy and completeness of your delivery information; we are not responsible for misdelivery due to incorrect information.

Delivery method and estimated delivery time:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Next business day

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – 2-3 business days

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services. Shipping fees are a flat rate of £3.99 for Tracked 24 delivery and £3.49 for Tracked 48 delivery. These rates are subject to change based on Royal Mail's pricing. Shipping fees are charged on all orders up to £45 (including VAT). For orders over £45(including VAT), shipping is free and will be paid by BØNDEDGE. Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Terms for combining discounts or promotions will be outlined at the time of the offer.

Promotions and discount codes may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion or discount code without notice.
